Timeshare Portfolio Sale

I am selling my whole portfolio. I paid off the bond of R80 448. The successful bidder will just have to take over the annual management fees and will receive 50 points per year.

The points value differently throughout the year. During school holidays, it will be more expensive, from point system point of view, where a week might cost you all 50 points for an example. A normal quite week might cost you 15 points at the same venue from Monday to Friday.

You can visit many resorts in South Africa, southern Africa and Kenya on the points. A few nice places I went to are www.crystalsprings.co.za in Pilgrims Rest (God's Window, Kruger, Three Rondavels and the Potholes), www.ngwenyalodge.co.za in Komatipoort where you can do a day trip to Maputo, Swaziland and the Kruger. Mabalingwe in Limpopo, various places in Margate, Durban, Cape Town, the Garden Route and many more.

I am selling my portfolio, because I dont have time anymore, due to the nature of my job. So I am practically losing out. You will inherit the whole portfolio. You will only pay a year management fee, which is used to maintain the resorts. In turn, you will be given 50 points to use.

The Timeshare group is QVC and the monthly management fees are approximately R8 900 per year.
