Unlike later reproductions, this antique piece displays the refined Chinoiserie aesthetic of the late 19th-century UK. The small, concentrated opening is characteristic of early tea storage designed to preserve the aromatic quality of loose-leaf tea. CONDITION NOTES
AUTHENTIC ANTIQUE PATINA: The tin shows a deep, aged character consistent with being over 110 years old. There is minor surface oxidation and rubbing to the lithography, which serves as a testament to its age.
