DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
When applying sunblock, use a generous amount and cover all exposed skin. An average adult should use a teaspoon-sized (5ml) amount per limb. To ensure the sunblock's effectiveness, reapply after 2 hours of continuous sun exposure,
especially if you have fair or sun-sensitive skin. Also, reapply after swimming,
towelling off, or excessive sweating. For fair-skinned individuals, it's recommended
to apply two layers of sunblock, 15 minutes apart, before sun exposure to reduce the
risk of sunburn.
