The Senses

• The DEVELOPLAY Activity Center stimulates the senses by offering baby varied and rich sensory experiences and activities.


• It stimulates sight with such interesting and clear elements to look at as the smiling face with the blinking nose, in addition to other colorful elements.


• Hearing is wonderfully stimulated with an especially wide range of sounds and tunes, including a musical unit which introduces baby to different musical instruments and shows how they all come together to play a lovely Mozart piece.


• The sense of touch is stimulated by offering baby a large variety of textures, materials and shapes to experience.

Fine Motor Skills

• The two sides of the DEVELOPLAY Activity Center offer over 20 different activities that provide ample opportunity for baby to prefect his fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination appropriate for his age.


• The blue side offers large activities that are relatively simple striking, rolling, pushing appropriate for the younger baby learning basic control over his hands.


• The green side offers more complex activities that require separating the fingers, using the "pincer grasp," and using fingers in a variety of ways thereby strengthening the muscles.
