O-ring kit for your TIPPMANN in-line bolt system markers. Most of these markers use the exact same in-line double stage bolt system, so the parts are cross-compatible and likewise, the O-rings will fit them all. Though, for those unsure, please consult the list underneath;

Please have a look at the table hereunder - it will help with troubleshooting on your marker and potentially help you to not waste your O-rings. We don't recommend replacing an O-ring, if it is not faulty.

Most dimensions on these markers are imperial / SAE, although we've found that these work perfectly and are well suited for the rigors of pressurized CO, sometimes liquefied CO too! They are locally manufactured and do outperform Chinese / Fong-Kong O-rings easily. Please use a proper set of O-ring picks to install/remove O-rings - it will make your life much easier. IT SHOULD go without saying that improper installation / handling of O-rings are not covered by warranty.
Be sure to use lubricant as well. We stock SINGER ALL PURPOSE OIL - 80ML, which we use ourselves and recommend highly. Each O-ring will have to be lubricated prior to installation. Apply silicone grease over threads if you are concerned that they might cut / damage the O-ring.

These are for your Complete Valve Assembly - that business hiding inside the plastic power tube, that can only be accessed by threading off the braided line (if the hose is running externally) or disconnect the stainless steel gas line. The newer iteration of markers we noticed, uses a female o-ring inset, which said gas line merely 'plugs' into, negating the need for 2 or 3 laps of PTFE tape on the threading, like on your older school markers - just for interest's sake.
Also note that some markers w/ a "TPN" label on their receivers, might have a key-ring looking coil of spring steel locking the complete valve assembly, specifically preventing the brass piston from coming out. This you'll need some crocodile nose plier for or something similar to make a plan with. Don't worry about damaging it - it will be thrown away afterwards - You can replace it with a circlip. Just be sure to have the appropriate pliers on hand too. To disassemble this however, please see the video below - that piston is under spring load and could shoot you in the face if not careful!
