Homoeophatic Mode of Action

Nat mur is the water balancing tissue salt. Symptoms accompanying an ailment requiring Nat mur will be characterised by excess moisture or excessive dryness such as constipation with raw and sore anus, or thin, watery diarrhoea. Skin conditions will either be characterised by watery blisters and thin whitish scales or by dry, cracked or scaling skin. Other characteristic symptoms of water imbalances are depression, tearfulness, fatigue, a weak memory, dull, heavy or blinding headaches, drowsiness or insomnia. Nat mur is the principal biochemic remedy for hayfever and for influenza with thin watery nasal discharge.
