Q. What is the turn around time for delivery, once I have placed an Order?
A. Please allow us a minimum of 2-3 weeks. All our products are individually manufactured, and some products are not manufactured in bulk, but in separate quantity. If a product had been manufactured in bulk, you will receive your order within three days after payment has been received.

Q. I would like to purchase a product as a gift or for a Birthday, when should I order it?
A. Please ensure that all products that are ordered for a birthday or special occasion, should be ordered 3 weeks in advanced, so that we can get the product to you on time.
We will not be liable for orders that are delivered after the date that is needed, as we work on a manufacturing policy per each order. This is to ensure that all our products are quality approved.
