PROVIDENCE

Fascinating title deed disbursing Naval property in Simonstown namely the "Commandants house" Dated 25th March 1833 signed by the governor of the Cape Sir Lowry Cole.

CONDITION

Paper sound with good edges. The bottom edge however is reinforced by a strip of clear tape running through the  severely deteriorated wax seal.  None the less easily legible without foxing or other blemishes and damage. This  from a popular collectors source topic i.e British  SIMONSTOWN
