A specially bred plum tomato that is ideal for preserving and making ketchup, tomato juice and soups. Tomato ‘Roma VF’ produces fleshy, juicy, almost seedless fruits with a deliciously different flavour which makes it an excellent variety for eating fresh too. This semi-bush variety is very heavy cropping and has good resistance to verticillium and fusarium wilt. A versatile variety that can be grown outside or in the greenhouse. Height: 150cm . Spread: 50cm

This determinate tomato plant is best sown in spring or summer. It likes full sun and produces oblong fruits. Start in seedling trays (see our Plastic Seedling Trays) and transplant when well established. Pinch out side shoots to concentrate plants energy into producing fruits. Water well and enjoy these lovely tomatos.
