Large landscape format hard cover with dust jacket. Signed  by the artist on title page - dated 27/11/76. Published by Don Nelson, unpaginated. D/j shelf-rubbed, tattered along the edges, more so on front edges. Book has insect damage on top edge  on and around spine top end. Binding intact. Through his art, Tony Grogan captured a Cape Town that is fast vanishing. That was almost fifty years ago !! Today it is a pleasant experience to page through a book like this. No shipping overseas.
