The system's satellites employ a high-quality, high-output 3-inch woofer and .5-inch-dome tweeter, which operate in conjunction with Harman's elliptical waveguide, which is specially shaped for controlled directivity and accurate dispersion over a wider listening area.
The front center-channel speaker's dual 3-inch woofers and .75-inch dome tweeter ensure articulate dialog reproduction along with clear and "present" music and effects. It's precisely voice-matched with the satellites to give you an integrated and expansive 6.1-channel surround sound listening environment.
Besides its built-in amplifier, the subwoofer features a 10-inch woofer for exceptional low-frequency articulation and resolution. The subwoofer includes a full complement of controls, inputs, and outputs to provide optimum sound quality in any system and room.
You can wall-mount the satellites or place them near or even atop a TV or on a shelf; they can also be used with Harman Kardon's optional matching floor stands. The front center-channel speaker is designed for easy placement on top of a TV with no risk of image distortion from the speaker's magnetic voice coils.
