Mini Tungsten Carbide Cutter

Tip Diameter: Ø3.2mm
Shank Diameter: Ø3.2mm
Shape: Cylinder

Maximize your material removal efficiency with the 3.2mm Mini Tungsten Carbide Cylinder Cutter, a high-performance
rotary bit engineered for durability and precision. The classic cylinder shape provides a flat cutting surface and a
straight profile, making it the ideal choice for smoothing flat areas, squaring off corners, and making straight
side-cuts in a wide variety of hard materials.

Featuring a 3.2mm tip diameter that perfectly matches its 3.2mm shank, this cutter offers a streamlined,
'true-to-size' profile that ensures maximum visibility and control. The universal shank size makes it compatible
with most standard rotary tools and high-speed grinders, providing a stable, vibration-free performance that is
essential for intricate engraving, carving, and deburring tasks.

Crafted from premium-grade tungsten carbide, this cutter is significantly harder and more heat-resistant than
standard high-speed steel (HSS). It maintains its razor-sharp cutting edge even when working on demanding materials
such as hardened steel, cast iron, ceramics, and hardwoods. The aggressive flute design is optimized to eject chips
quickly, preventing clogging and ensuring a clean, smooth finish on every pass.

This cylindrical carbide burr is an indispensable tool for metalworkers, woodcarvers, and DIY enthusiasts who demand
longevity and professional results. Whether you are leveling a weld, thinning a stone setting, or detailing a custom
wood carving, this cutter delivers the raw power and surgical accuracy needed to transform your workpiece with ease.

Fitting the tool bit

The shank is securely locked in place by fitting
it in the corresponding collet or making use of a keyless chuck.

For improved accuracy, make use of a flexible
shaft connected to the rotary tool.

Rotation speed:

Most rotary tools have the benefit to adjust the rotation speed. Many tool bits that fit in rotary tools have a maximum speed setting. This can normally be found on the packaging.

All materials react differently to speed and will need the tool bit to rotate slower.
It is recommended to start using accessories on the slower speed first, before increasing the speed as needed.

The diameter of the tool bit fitted also determines the rotation speed. The larger the diameter, the slower the speed. If the speed is set too high, it could bend the shank/shaft resulting in injury.
