I've had this laptop since May last year, purchased in England, no scratches or marks except for one faint scratch on the lid (only noticeable if you shine a light on it).

This specific model has a heating problem (as all high spec laptops do), it will get very hot if you play high graphics games, I personally suggest a cooling pad for all high spec laptops to prolong their life.
