This is a used laptop, with visible signs of usage. It is in 100% working order.

NB: Laptop has a 'supervisor password' on the BIOS, only able to view basic settings, we do not have the password. This becomes an issue when you want to reinstall Windows, a work around is to install Windows on another laptop and swapout the SSD/HDD.

Currently the laptop has a newly install Windows working 100% with no issues.
