Except in the case of faulty shoes, we will not exchange or refund shoes that are dirty, worn and not in original condition.

All Toughees are made to manufactures specification, However if you have doubts regarding the size or fit kindly send us your kids measurements in centimeters on the length and width under the NOTES section when completing your online purchase and we will measure the shoe to your Childs specifications. Always allow for 1cm at the toe for growth and comfort.
