**Bio:** Norman Osborn, troubled by repressed memories of his Green Goblin persona and Spider-Man, regains his memory after a presentation by NYPD Captain George Stacy. Briefly returning to his villainous ways, he abducts Parker's friends and threatens Parker's elderly aunt, only to be exposed to one of his own "psychedelic bombs," causing amnesia once more.

Osborn later discovers an old Goblin hideout, restoring his memory again. However, seeing his son Harry hospitalized from a drug overdose triggers another bout of amnesia. Eventually, his memories are fully restored, and he kidnaps Gwen Stacy, leading to her tragic death during Spider-Man's rescue attempt. In a final confrontation, Spider-Man battles the Goblin, resulting in Osborn's death by his own goblin glider.
