Traditional African carved Handled Fly Whisk

I am no expert in Cultural African goods but will describe my observations. The handle is solid and heavy and shows the typical ivory grain. Hand carved. The dark rings appear to be horn. Because of the curve and coarseness  of the hair, it  is possibly the tuft of a giraffe's tail. Very well made with individual bundles of hair tied together. Kept in position with an ebony? plug. The whisk is in a very good condition with no damage
