This diversity can be traced back to more than 1,000 hectares of its own vineyards as well as to grapes sourced from more than 200 independent producers in the best wine growing areas of Argentina.

After the addition of selected yeasts, fermentation follows for about 15 days at controlled temperature (23°-26°C).[/toggle_lite][toggle_lite title="Ageing" opened=""]After malolactic fermentation, the wine is given subtle contact with oak wood, after which it gets stabilized, filtered and bottled. After a short rest in the bottle, it is released for consumption.[/toggle_lite][toggle_lite title="Tasting Notes" opened=""]A rich, red-colored wine with violet hues, it blends notes of crushed wild berries, dark plums, herbs and cherries.
