Gameplay Trauma Center: Second Opinion, is a robust "Wii-make" of the game "Under the Knife," and features a totally revamped medical toolkit that includes scalpels, forceps, defibrillator paddles, syringes, and more--all designed specifically for use with the Wii Remote.
