While on the subject of trees (see the painting Misty Mountain Road), I felt like painting some trees in autumn. I love the warm colours of autumn and in this painting I try to capture this warmth and atmosphere. The style of the painting is impressionistic, the paint thickly applied with a painting knife. This is an original oil painting of high standard. A certificate of authenticity will be supplied with the painting.
