On auction is this vintage early 50's freight train set in good operational condition for its age. The set consists of: 1x 4-6-2 steam locomotive with coal tender in good running condition with Tri-ang couplers. This unit was fully tested, lubricated and operates well in both directions. Nothing seems to be missing from this loco or the tender,paintwork in fair condition. The tender has slight heat distortion on the body, almost unnoticeable (see yellow circles); 4x freight cars with double metal bogeys and plastic wheel sets with Tri-ang couplers. The ore car has an opening meganisme in the center for outo unloading. 1x brake van with double metal bogeys and plastic wheel sets with Tri-Ang couplers good condition. All these models had slight corrosion on the metal parts that was removed and treated. Overall it is in good condition for its age, loco runs very well.
