Programmable Operations

This treadmill offers 12 pre-set programs; the first 9 pre-set programs are only for speed; the last 3 pre-set programs are a combination of speed and incline. Each pre-set programme has a maximum speed level that is displayed when a desired workout is chosen. The speed that the particular programme will achieve will be displayed in the Speed window. Each programme has various speed changes throughout.
