Delivery

Deliveries are done within 7 working days after receipt of payment. Please note that for Post Office shipping it might take a few extra days. Yancox cannot be held liable for any loss of items during shipping. Please note that item is subject to fabric availability and may take an extra week.

Returns

Because orders are custom made, it cannot be returned. If an item has a size chart under the description and a wrong size was ordered, it may be exchanged for another size within 14 days after date of receipt. Client will need to bare the shipping cost of both receiving the new item and returning the previous one. Items are non refundable.
