📌 Returns & Refunds Policy Carpets

1. Return Period

Returns are only accepted within 3 days from the date you receive the carpet.

2. Condition of Return

Carpets must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Any carpet that has been laid down, shows signs of wear, stains, damage, or odour will not be accepted for return.

3. Packaging

The carpet must be returned in the same packaging it was delivered in, securely rolled and sealed.

4. Return Process

Buyers must notify us within 3 days of receipt if they wish to return.

The carpet must be couriered back at the buyers cost, unless the return is due to an error on our side (wrong item delivered).

5. Refunds

Once the returned carpet is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed within 57 working days.

Refunds will exclude original shipping/delivery fees.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Carpets that are used, damaged, altered, or without packaging are non-returnable and will be sent back to the buyer at their cost.
