In Exellent condition - I purchased my TT530 in 1985 and used it constantlyfor about 12 years before drifting away from playing vinyl for a period in which work, family activity, and life in general seldom allowed me to indulge my favourate pastime - playing CD's became the easy way out. In all that time, however, I never had a lick of trouble with this turntable, except for replacing the turntable pilot light in March 1998. It played beautifully everytime, even after sitting, completely unused for about 16 years from the late 1990's to 2018. It was stored in it's original box for that period of time.
In recent years, however, I have been able to rekindle the relationship with my turntable Since the resurgence of vinyl from 2019 to date there was an increase in popularity of turntables and people also started selling their turntables. I got onto the bandwagon and scored two additional turntables whilst the MARANTZ was still in use, playing flawlessly - a brandnew Technics T4P stylus was also introduced.
For me, it has stood the test of time - the only problem I have is that I don't know what happened to my user manual - turntable compatible with MARANTZ vintage amplifier's remote bus systems - see specs as per the image provided.
