Exchange & Return Policy

We aim to ensure all our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you experience any issues with your item, please contact us and well be happy to assist.

If an item is suspected to be defective, it must be returned to us for assessment. Once received, the item will be inspected to confirm the fault.

If the item is confirmed to be defective, a replacement will be dispatched as soon as possible. If the item was purchased as new, a new replacement will be sent. If the item was purchased as open box or used, a replacement of the same condition will be provided.

If the item is out of stock, a suitable alternative or store credit will be offered. A refund may only be issued if a replacement is not available.
Return shipping costs will be covered by us if the item is confirmed to be defective.
If the item is found not to be defective, return shipping costs will be the buyers responsibility.
Store credit will be issued for eligible returns, provided the item is returned unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
