After investigation I relised that the EFT payment delay came from me , the buyer's side , and not late delivery from the seller's side as claimed . I would like to appoligise to the seller for the neg rating made by me . She did nothing wrong from her side . Just for the records . I did request a cancelation of this rating from bid or buy . Merle , thank you for understanding . Hope you gad your coffee now :-)
