Filling the Edge:
Unscrew the Atomizer Tank from the Atomizer Base while holding the device upside down. Hold the tank at a slight angle and pour the Twisp Liquid Flavour around the outside of the centre column.
Wipe away any excess liquid and give the Atomizer Head and seals a wipe before screwing the battery and Atomizer Base back together with the Atomizer Tank. Make sure that the Atomizer Head is locked in place before re-assembling your device. Hold the device upside down while re-assembling.
Avoid overfilling as liquid will spill over into the centre hole and into the mouthpiece.
When to refill:
Consider refilling your Twisp Edge once you have 1/3 liquid left in the Atomizer Tank.
If you taste a burnt flavour it is due to the Atomizer Head drawing insufficient liquid. Refill immediately when this occurs or you will run the risk of wearing out the Atomizer Head or burning it out completely.
Know your battery status:
White LED – Indicates battery level is good.
Blue LED – Indicates battery level is low.
Red LED – Indicates battery level is critical.
Atomizer head:
Be sure to allow enough time for the Atomizer Head to soak before Twisping.
For the first few minutes, use the Twisp Edge on the lowest voltage to ensure that the Atomizer Head is thoroughly soaked before switching it up to a higher voltage. This will avoid the risk of burning out your Atomizer Head.
Voltage settings:
The Edge is unique in the sense that it has variable voltage which allows you to customise your Twisping experience depending on your taste or mood.
The higher the voltage the more vapour is being produced.
You will find that each Twisp flavour has its very own “sweet spot” in which it tastes and functions best.
Charging:
Carefully remove the black rubber cover for the mini USB port in the battery. Connect the USB cable to this port and plug the USB plug into the wall adapter or a powered USB socket such as on a laptop (not exceeding 5V). When the battery is charging, a red LED light will illuminate. When the battery is fully charged the red light will turn off.
Full charge takes about 120 minutes on the standard battery. The Twisp Edge can be used while charging.
Cleaning the Edge:
For an optimum Twisping experience, it is recommended to clean the Twisp Edge between flavour fillings.
- Remove the mouthpiece and unscrew the Atomizer Tank, Atomizer Head and Atomizer Base from the battery.
- Place all the components on a cloth and allow remaining liquid to leach onto the cloth.
- Use a tissue to wipe any excess liquid from the battery and Atomizer Head. Make sure that all of your seals are in place.
- Now use a pipe cleaner to remove the excess liquid from inside the Atomizer Tank and a cloth for the outside.
- Refill Atomizer Tank and re-assemble.
