These two incredible and rare vintage Empire parcel gilt curule chairs with ram's-head detailing are a magnificent find and I was only able to find one other similar chair on the internet which valued these chairs at $600 to $800 (R 7 200.00 to R10 500.00) per chair. The incredible roman type chairs or sometimes called Cleopatra chairs are in great condition and have been upholstered in a cream silk type fabric which would need to be re-upholstered to suit your decor needs. The framework of the chairs are in great condition too. Each of the chairs measures a very decent 88cm long x 54cm wide x 70cm high.
