The scene shows two meercats meeting These endearing and charming little animals are also known as Suricats and are related to the mongoose family.They are very social and have close family bonds.. This picture is Not framed, but will require framing. The picture is dated and signed on the rear and is supplied with a certificate of authenticity.

The artist uses recycled materials wherever possible as a small conservation measure. The boards, papers and canvases used, may therefore have small flaws. However these do not detract from the quality of the art.

About the artist Jane Flowers: I studied art at school and sold my first painting when I was a teenager. I am a South African who lived for eight years in New Zealand where I studied media, business and art . In New Zealand I was a recognised emerging artist and became exhibited in galleries and commissioned to do some work, mainly land and citi-scapes. I recently returned to South Africa from Zambia, Zimbabwe and Namibia where I worked on contract to the mineral exploration sector . I am now living near Witbank in Mpumulanga where I do art full time. I do some clay sculpting through the Africa Yarona Studio in Bapsfontein.
