IT DEALS WITH THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNION OF SOUTH AFRICA COVERING THE ANALYSIS AND EXPLANATION OF THE CONSTITUTION, PROPORTIONAL REPRESENTATION, A MODEL ELECTION AND THE DRAFT CONSTITUTION. ON PAGE 47 IT STATES THAT THE DRAFT ACT IS ANNEXED AND THAT PARLIAMENTS WOULD MEET ON 30TH MARCH TO DISCUSS THE DRAFT ACT.
