Two Very Rare, Valuable, Hard Cover Copies telling the fascinating and Inspiringly Emotional story of the famous Lioness, Elsa, first in the Title, Born Free 1960 and then Living Free, Elsa and her cubs 1961. These are both signed by the Author in 1960 and 1961, the actual year of first printings/impressions. Born Free is an Eighth Impression September, 1960. Living Free is a Second Impression dated October 1961. These are over 50 years old and still in great condition age considered. Regrettably they come without the original Dust Jackets, but are still considered very valuable, particularly with the Authentic Joy Adamson Signatures to both copies. No torn pages, several colour and black and white plates, maps and more. Minor marks to hard covers, but no foxing to inside pages. A delightful read. Books measure approximately 24.5 x 17.5 cm.
