Both bells are sold as a lot. These brass altar /sanctuary bells were originally used during church ceremonies, possibly communion. The small bell measures 6cm, and has a diameter of 5.5cm. It has Latin inscriptions around, describing the animals - lion, lamb and pelican.

The taller bell with the Celtic cross handle, measures 6cm in height and has a diameter of 5cm. Both bells are in working order.
