THESE TWO STUNNING VINTAGE (PRE 1944) LANCASTERS HANLEY POTTERIES LTD OF ENGLAND PORCELAIN JARS WITH SILVER PLATED LIDS AND HANDLES CONSIST OF A LARGER TEA CADDIE AND A SMALLER MATCHING SUGAR BOWL. THE TEA CADDIE MEASURES 12.7cm ACROSS x 24cm TALL INCLUDING THE HANDLE AND THE SUGAR BOWL IS 8.5cm ACROSS x 14cm TALL INCLUDING THE HANDLE. THE TEA CADDIE'S BACK FOOT HAS BEEN REPAIRED. THERE IS A LITTLE AGE AND USAGE RELATED WEAR AND TEAR AND TARNISHING, BUT THEY ARE STILL TWO FANTASTIC JARS.
