SHIPPING TERMS: Door-2-Door courier service to Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, East London, George, Harrismith, Johannesburg, Klerksdorp, Nelspruit, Polokwane, Port Elizabeth, Pretoria, Rustenburg, Vereeniging, Witbank, CBD areas only. Should you stay more than 15km outside of the CBD the courier will load an 'Under-Ticketed' status, resulting in delays and hidden costs for Buyers account. The courier can only deliver to a residential or office address in areas listed, and not to PO boxes, rural areas, plots, townships, gated communities, government buildings, or hard to access areas. We only ship goods on Wednesdays. Collections are not possible unless otherwise stipulated. Even though we only use the best couriers in our area, we are not responsible for delays, damages or loss as result of courier negligence. Once the parcel leaves our premises it is the Buyers responsibility to follow up with the Courier. We only track the parcel and make posts on the BoB order page to keep you updated. Kindly ensure you provide us with the correct delivery details as we only use the details supplied on the BoB system when placing your order, and have someone onsite on the day of the delivery. Do not sign for damaged parcels as it ships with insurance. In the event of an insurance claim, kindly contact the courier directly to resolve as we do not get involved with claims. Inform us when you receive your parcel so we can close the order.
BIDDING TERMS: Only place bids if you intend to complete orders and make payment. We do NOT accept any Cancellations at all, as we create the Bid or Auction, then only log back in again once the Auction Completes, in order to process the orders and shipping. We unfortunately do not have the time to sit around 24/7 to wait for cancellations as we have full time job's occupying our time. Even though 'Bid or Buy' is under the impression we simply run our Bid or Buy profiles 24/7 as full time businesses, and states that buyers can cancel bids before the auction closes, we do not agree to this but are forced to allow it. But do note that we will give you a negative rating and file a SNC stating 'No Contact From Buyer' in such an event to allow us to block you from our system. This procedure we received directly from BoB as result of previous Buyers mis-using the BoB system. If you do not like this, then please do not bid. Your finances are your responsibility, and if you do not have the funds then do not place the bid or process the order. We reserve the right to Delete bids on unknown or new Bidders with less than a 5 rating, should we find them suspicious. We may also remove items from auctions should the price be much higher than resale value, or should we be instructed to remove the item from the auction by BoB or 3rd party legal entities. Should you have placed a Bid in any of our previous auctions, and cancelled your auction, or made a slow payment, your Bid will be deleted from any future auctions as you violated our Terms & Conditions. We have to disclose this in our terms as result of previous Buyers misusing the 'Bid or Buy' system.
PAYMENT TERMS: Payments to be made within 48 hours from the close of auction. Failing to comply will slow down the courier shipping process and may result in SNC filed, and the item relisted, or offered to Buyers from the same auction. Prices quoted are final and not negotiable. We apologise for the in depth Terms & Conditions but as result of negative individuals we are forced to stipulate it on all our auctions.
