Ingredients:
Chinese chives, cabbage, carrots, mung bean vermicelli, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, wheat flour wrapper, vegetable oil, salt, pepper.
Cooking Instructions:
Steam: From frozen, place dumplings in a lined steamer and steam over boiling water for 68 minutes.
Pan-Fry (Potsticker style): Heat oil in a non-stick pan, place dumplings flat-side down, fry until bottoms are golden. Add 34 tablespoons of water, cover, and steam for 56 minutes.
Boil: Gently boil dumplings for 45 minutes until they float and the wrappers are translucent.
