Wheat flour, tapioca starch, water, salt.
Cooking Instructions:
Pan-Fry & Steam: Fill and seal gyoza. Fry in oil for 12 minutes, add 3 tbsp water, cover and steam for 34 minutes.
Boil: Simmer filled dumplings for 34 minutes.
Steam: Place in bamboo steamer over boiling water for 56 minutes.
