What an awesome sound, to hear the old 'tik-tak' of a typewriter again. It was fun taking this very neat typewriter for a 'test drive'. Couldn't find any typex though so I think it's best I just stick with my PC, with backspace and delete.

The unit appears to be working fine, I struggled with the red at first as can be seen, but I think that it is just a setting of one of the many levers. The machine no doubt, has been standing for a long time so the ribbon at first was very dry, By winding it on a bit it seemed to give a fair result if you pushed the keys heavily. I would assume though that the ribbon would surely need replacing after all this time.

Very clean unit complete with all covers and carry case. I am no expert on typewriters but this unit seems to be in great condition. Please study the pictures as they make up part of the description.
