Excellent Limited Edition Minichamps model of the Tyrrell 012. - one of 200 worldwide. The last formula one car to use the legendary Cosworth Ford DFV/DFY engine. Used for the 1983-1985 seasons in various versions.

Also featuring the quirky and interesting extra winglets on the main wing (a regulation loophole).

Driven by the famous commentator, Martin Brundle, and Stefan Bellof considered one of F1's lost stars when he was killed in 1985 driving a Porsche sportscar at Spa. Jackie Stewart claimed he was the greatest talent he'd ever seen.

Small and dainty it competed well against the turbo cars of the time despite giving away hundreds of horsepower. - even claiming podiums.

A lovely clean 1984 version with no sponsorship logos and finished in pure Tyrrell blue and a Union Jack - almost retro. For collectors of interesting and pretty F1 cars with historical context.

In as-new condition and supplied in its original show box also perfect. A true collector's piece.
