2) If supplier / manufacturer / Distributor agree to a Refund of price of unsuitable products.
We will refund the full price of any unsuitable products in their original unopened packaging. For opened products, the supplier / manufacturer / Distributor may deduct or charge a reasonable amount for any use of the products plus certain costs necessary for repackaging and restocking, subject to the CPA. These costs are usually up to 25% of the cost of the products.
The Ubiquiti UniFi U6-Pro is a dual-band Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) access point for medium to large indoor areas, delivering up to 5.3 Gbps total throughput and supporting over 350 connected devices. It provides 4.8 Gbps on the 5 GHz band with 4x4 MU-MIMO and 573.5 Mbps on the 2.4 GHz band with 2x2 MU-MIMO. The unit has a polycarbonate enclosure with a stainless steel mounting bracket and an IP54 rating, and can be installed on walls or ceilings using Power over Ethernet (802.3at PoE+, 48 V, 0.5 A) with a maximum power draw of 13 W. It is managed through the UniFi Network application (version 6.0.45 or later) and supports band steering, fast roaming (802.11r), guest network isolation, and RADIUS over TLS (RadSec). It operates in the 2.4 GHz (24002472 MHz) and 5 GHz (51505850 MHz) frequency bands in compliance with regulations.
