Payments

• Payments for auctions won must be completed within 24-48 hours of winning the auction.
• Non-paying auction winners will receive a SNC alert.

• All items will be sent with SAPO registered mail with a tracking number.
• Postage is done on Tuesday and Thursday of every week.
• Should your payment be cleared before 12:00 (in the afternoon) on Monday then we will ship your item on Tuesday. Should your payment be cleared before 12:00 (in the afternoon) on Wednesday then we will ship your item on Thursday.
• Once shipped, we will forward you a tracking number for your registered post parcel.
• Kindly note that we are not responsible for any lost parcels should you not select and pay for insurance during checkout.
