What can one truly say about this piece that does not immediately spring to mind when you see it ? Not only is Dunhill a highly collectable name , it is a very satisfying drag . Dunhill accessories are highly sought after and sell for hundreds of dollars , this one retailing new for over R 3000 . Simply plated second hand versions sell for over $100 on Ebay but since this one has sterling silver panels , I know it is more valuable .

Yes , the lighter needs servicing and probably a new valve . If you have a WICKED budget , Dunhill can fix it however there are lighter collectors with collections exceeding a million rand ( who I know ) that do their own research on servicing and do their own repairs .

So , if you are serious about collecting , there is no excuse not to jump at this opportunity .
