PS: UF System comes with faucet, fittings & Connections, complete set of filters ( Filters last up to a year, depends on Water Quality in that Arear), Replacement filters can be bought from me R100 each for stages 1 - 3 & R 350 for Stages 4 & 5 or you can purchase the replacement filters from other Water Shops or Chain Store Supermarkets.

Stage 1: Sediment Filtration Functions: Removing sand, rust, mud,

sediment, etc. in water. 

Stage 2: Granular Active Carbon Filtration Functions: Removing germ, virus, corpuscle, other solids and chemical from tap water processing.

Stage 3: Block Active Carbon Filtration. Function: Completely removing bad smell in water 

Stage 4:  Ultra filtration (UF) is a separation process using membranes with pore sizes in the range of 0.1 to 0.001 micron.  Typically, UF membranes will remove high molecular-weight substances, colloidal materials, and organic and inorganic polymeric molecules.  Low molecular-weight organics and ions such as sodium, calcium, magnesium chloride, and sulfate are not removed by UF Membranes.  Because only high-molecular weight species are removed, the osmotic pressure differential across the UF Membrane surface is negligible.  Low applied pressures are therefore sufficient to achieve high flux rates from an Ultra filtration membrane.  Flux of a membrane is defined as the amount of permeate produced per unit area of membrane surface per unit time.  Generally flux is expressed as gallons per square foot per day (GFD) or as cubic meters per square meters per day. 

Stage 5: In line Post Carbon Filtration. In-Line Post Carbon filter removes all remaining deposits giving water natural spring pure water taste.
