Week 45 (second week of November each year) means you get perfect weather without any of the noise and crowds of December, meaning a relaxing, peaceful holiday for ever. The entire hotel has been refurbished to the highest standards. All you need pay over and above the auction price is the registration fee (around R700 I think) and the levy for 2015 (around R5,000). It is very easy to rent out the unit should you not use it; I've never failed to find a buyer for the week when we've not been able to use it.
