About Posca marker pens

Posca markers are water-based, non-toxic and can write on any surface. Permanent on porous and, removable on non-porous surfaces. The Posca ink is lightfast, water-resistant and does not bleed through paper. The vibrant opaque colours of these versatile paint markers can be overlayed (wet on dry), blended and even used for watercolour effects (by adding a dab of water to your drawing and smudging it with a clean brush). Posca paint pens can be used on paper, cardboard, canvas, clays, stones, cement, ceramics, wood, metal, fabric, plastic, glass and more.

For optimal results with Posca:

•Paper/Card: No action needed - POSCA pigment will be absorbed into the fibres, making it permanent.

•Canvas: Gesso the surface before drawing/painting. Finish with clear varnish.

•Terracotta: Bake in the oven at 220°C for 45 minutes, then spray with clear varnish.

•Textiles: Iron on the reverse side.

•Porcelain: Bake in oven at 160°C for 45 minutes, optionally spray with clear varnish.

•Metal: Spray with clear varnish.

•Glass: Bake in oven at 160°C for 45 minutes, then spray with clear varnish.

•Wood: Spray with clear varnish.

•Plastic: Spray with clear varnish.
