A power supply gives out 12V DC (13.7V without load) output, which will house and charge one VRLA Lead Acid battery up to 7Ah capacity for use as an internal battery backup.

Typical uses are for powering door access controllers, electric releases and maglocks and CCTV cameras. 

The backup battery NOT included with this power supply.
