Shipping – Either a courier or the SA Postal Service will be used. This will be done at the discretion of the seller and area the parcel needs to be delivered to.

Returns – A 20% restocking fee is deducted for all returned items from the amount paid for the item/s. Due to the delicateness of items and the packaging involved shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds – will only be done once the item has been returned and received, at the buyers cost. Refunds will only be done on defective items (ALL ITEMS ARE CHECKED AND IN WORKING CONDITION PRIOR TO SHIPPING) & where the item is not as per the Description on the auction.
