An EXCELLENT example of UNISSUED, 1990s SAP Bulletproof Vest  Ballistic Plates Pair. This set appears to be in a VF/F state , with all parts. Original blue finish evident. . Evidence of handling/ age-related wear is visible on surface. 

DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES- PROTECTION IS NOT VALID AS PLATES HAVE BEEN SUBJECT TO AGE-RELATED DEGRADATION.
