United States 1971 Dwight D. Eisenhower 8c coil stamp.  Illustrated first day cover, signed Mark W. Clark.  (General Clark officer commanding the 5th Army, North Africa (1943) and the invasion of Italy (1944)).  (Sourced from a seasoned US collector but signature not verified so offered as is).  Lot also includes a 1947 advertisement z-fold for a Pioneer Sesquicentennial and Veterans Homecoming celebration in Steubenville.   Two items, as scanned (including various views of the z-fold open and closed).
