United States souvenir card for the 1971 NAPEX national stamp exhibition in Washington, DC.  Shows the three horizontal designs of the Washington Sesquicentennial issue of 1950 with country inscriptions and face values removed.  (Includes original glassine overlay).  Price here reflects card being marked at lower right but this well clear of illustrations.  As scanned.
